We accept children from 3 months up to 5 years old, across three dedicated rooms: Baby Room, Toddler Room, and Preschool Room.
Yes. We accept 15 and 30 hours of funded childcare for eligible working parents — including the new offer for children aged 9 months and up.

Yes. Our fees include:
- Nappies, wipes and creams
- Formula milk and drinks
- All meals and snacks
- All play and learning resources
There are no hidden extras.
We’re open Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 6:30pm, all year round.
We are closed on bank holidays and for a short period over Christmas.
Yes, we offer both full day and half day sessions (morning or afternoon), subject to availability.
Each room has a routine designed to suit the age group. A typical day includes:
- Free play
- Group learning sessions
- Outdoor play
- Mealtimes and snack breaks
- Nap or quiet time (for younger children)
- Storytime and songs

Yes. We offer a gentle settling-in period tailored to each child’s needs. This usually involves a few short visits before your child starts full sessions.
Absolutely. Every child is assigned a key person who builds a close bond with them, supports their learning and wellbeing, and keeps you regularly updated.
We share daily handovers in person, plus updates and photos through our secure parent communication system. We also provide regular development updates and are always happy to chat.
We’ll contact you immediately if your child becomes unwell. We can administer prescribed medication with written permission. We follow all health and hygiene guidance to keep everyone safe.
Yes! Our large, secure outdoor garden has soft surfacing, a play structure, and areas for bikes, messy play, and exploration. All children have daily access to outdoor play.
Yes. For safeguarding and peace of mind, we have CCTV throughout the premises, including entrances and outdoor areas.
